Job description:
Analyze requirements and create solutions based upon user requirements as well as evaluate their potential impact to business applications. Communicates solution alternatives based upon business needs. Codes, tests, debug, documents and maintains those programs while following the components of a systems life cycle.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology

* Required language(s): English.

* Must demonstrate ability to design, develop and implement applications or enhancements based on the systems development life cycle;

* With good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

* Must possess strong analytical skills and proven technical skills.

* Working knowledge of MS Office applications; demonstrated understanding of all departmental technical requirements
